Jamey Webster is the chairman of the board for Second Mile Mission in Missouri City, TX. Second Mile is a Fort Bend County ministry focused on meeting the physical and spiritual needs of its neighbors. Jamey has a passion for bringing healing, restoration and hope into the lives of those in his community. He has served on the board of Second Mile for 10 years and as the chairman since 2012. In addition to Second Mile, Jamey has served as the chairman of the Taylor Sears Champion for the Cure Cystic Fibrosis Fundraiser, on the board of the Greater Houston Boys and Girls Club of America, Chairman of the Board of African Outreach Ministries, the Houston American Diabetes Association Committee and as a member of the Bridges Evangelical Foundation board of directors. Jamey is an active member of River Pointe Church and has served in various leader rolls for over 17 years.
Professionally, Jamey is an experienced executive and business consultant. He has over 27 years of experience as a CEO and entrepreneur. Prior to starting his own consulting firm, Jamey was a leader at Halliburton where he served as Global Operations Director for Landmark Graphics as well as Director of Geomechanics and North America Region Manager. Before joining Halliburton through acquisition, Jamey served as Chief Executive Officer for Knowledge Systems where he was responsible for leading the company’s sales, marketing and operating divisions.
Jamey is a husband to Jennifer, father to Catherine, Faith and Julia and soon to be a first time grandfather. Currently he is enrolled in Dallas Theological Seminary in pursuit of his Master of Arts in Christian Leadership.
